The whole massif, in a single ridgeline. A ridge drawn in Versoix, Geneva, then crafted in blond, milk or dark by partner chocolatiers in French-speaking Switzerland.

The ridge, named

Eleven summits, read from left to right.

On either side of Mont Blanc, nine peaks and one pass — in the order the box’s card names them.

The material

Planes rising in tiers.

Up close, the piece shows what the front view does not: in front of the ridge, planes of relief rise in tiers, cut in facets, edge against edge. Each facet was modelled in three dimensions, then we designed the mould.

The massif is nibbled summit by summit.

The box

In its red box.

A red box of 275 × 102 × 20 mm, a gold line tracing a summit, the name written out in full. Behind the piece, a white card names every summit, like an orientation table.

Closed, the box shows the whole ridge. Without its lid, you read it from left to right before taking the first summit.
