Ordering from the site
This site presents the house’s creations and offers. From 24 pieces, an order can be placed from the site’s order form; there is no basket and no online payment, and the order is binding only once confirmed in writing. Below 24 pieces, every request goes through a personal exchange, by e-mail or by telephone. The information published (thresholds, lead times, terms) is given in good faith and for guidance only; only an accepted quote or order confirmation binds both parties.
Intellectual property
LEKER is a trademark registered in Switzerland. Le Flocon, La Suisse and Le Massif du Mont Blanc are registered designs. The drawings, photographs, texts and layouts of this site belong to Leker Sàrl or to their authors (drawings: Xavier Le Berre) and may not be reproduced without written authorisation.
Liability
We keep this site up to date with care, without being able to guarantee the absence of errors or uninterrupted access. Allergens, composition and shelf life are stated on the packaging and confirmed with the quote: in case of allergy, write to us before ordering.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is Geneva.
